SAP ERP Already Affordable for the SME through its SAP All-in-One Solution

What is the difference between SAP All-in-One implementation and a traditional SAP ERP project?

In the traditional SAP ERP implementation considerable consulting resources are used during the project development stage (the so called „Blueprint“ preparation) when a detailed description of the customer requirements is drawn.Unlike SAP ERP, SAP All-in-One is a preconfigured system. It has a ready implementation plan and predefined functionalities based upon the best practices for the specific industry.

Therefore, during the SAP All-in-One implementation consulting efforts are focused on „the analysis of differences“ between the proposed basic functionality and the existing customer processes (i.e. definition of the so called „delta-requirements“).
